Tuition & Payment InformationI am pleased to offer new students a free complimentary 30-minute trial lesson. Following this, lessons are priced at £23.00 for 30 minutes. For more advanced students, 60-minute lessons may also be available, though these are offered subject to limited availability. Lessons available online or face to face.Payments are processed securely online via MyMusicStaff and Stripe, with an invoice schedule typically set to monthly, paid in advance. Signup links will be provided for your convenience. All major payment methods are accepted through Stripe; cash payments are not accepted.

Booking a LessonI teach music lessons for anyone aged 7 and up, including adults. I offer violin for all levels, beginner to intermediate piano, and music theory. Lessons are tailored to your interests, classical, jazz, folk, pop, and more. We can focus on exams, ensembles, covers of your favourite songs, or auditions.Please get in touch to arrange a free consultation, where we can see if we are a good fit. During this session, we will also go through all details, including how to sign up via MyMusicStaff.

Cancellations & Make-Up LessonsI aim to be flexible with scheduling. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Any lessons not used within a month will be carried over as a makeup credit for the following month. We can also plan lessons in advance around any dates you know you won’t be available.

I pursue my teaching and performing schedule alongside my job in the NHS.Whether you want to pursue a professional career as a Violinist, simply want to play the Violin/Piano for fun, or even just work on reading music and music theory, I'm happy to work flexibly towards your goals.My teaching philosophy:
I believe that true enjoyment comes from improving. I do my best to make my students feel like they're progressing each week.My lessons are typically well-structured, offering accountability, and I can provide practice plans after lessons when needed.I like to keep things straightforward because it's all too easy to make teaching violin or piano more complicated than it needs to be.I incorporate both traditional resources and digital tools such as apps and videos into my teaching. Consistently forward-thinking with an in-depth working knowledge of all leading teaching programs.
